Jacksonville unemployment rate drop to 10.6 Percent

Metro Jacksonville’s unemployment rate fell almost a full percentage point from 11.5 % in January to 10.6% in February. Florida’s comparable, not seasonally adjusted, rate was 11% in February, down from 11.8% in January, and the national rate was 9.5%, down from 9.8%.
